Is the free plan really free?

Will my images lose quality?
No, we never compress anything. Your buyer gets the exact, full-resolution file you uploaded. No blurry PNGs, no shrinking your guide down just to fit a size limit. What you upload is what they download. Selling a bundle? We pack your files into a single .zip. Is this allowed on Etsy?

How big can my files be?
